EN 45545-2 is a standard that summarizes the requirements for the combustion behavior of parts and materials used in European railway vehicles. Depending on the application, there are requirements ranging from R1 to R26, and hazard levels (HL1 to HL3) are defined based on the operation and structural classification of the vehicles. The Risholite glass fabric-based epoxy resin laminate ES-3751SH is composed of resin and glass fabric that minimizes smoke generation. As a result of tests conducted based on EN 45545-2 / R23 (for exterior applications), it was found to meet the criteria for hazard level 3 (HL3) across all combustion behavior classifications.

PGE-6635 (Mitsubishi Chemical) is a glass cloth epoxy resin laminate with a green appearance, corresponding to reference standards EL-GEM and G-10, and has obtained a "non-combustible" rating in the vehicle material combustion test (fire resistance test for railway vehicle materials) for a thickness of 5mm. Its applications include "electrical insulation, high strength, and heat resistance." It is an epoxy resin composite board made by combining glass cloth and glass non-woven fabric.

RISHOLITE glass substrate (composite) epoxy resin laminates include ES-3753K and ES-3440. ES-3753K is a CEM uncoated board (thin sheet) made from a combination of glass cloth and glass non-woven fabric, and it is an epoxy resin composite board. The glass substrate epoxy resin laminate is a VA product that excels in processability for punching and other processing. Additionally, there is the CEM-3 type ES-3753KP, which uses a thinner glass cloth for improved processability, and the CME-3 type ES-3753KJ, which uses ultra-thin glass cloth. The ES-3711, composed solely of glass non-woven fabric, has better punching processability than the CEM-3 type. ES-3440 is a unique composition by Risholite that alternates between glass roving fabric and glass non-woven fabric, further blended with functional fillers, resulting in the best arc resistance and tracking resistance epoxy resin composite board. Moreover, due to manufacturing innovations, it achieves the same cost as polyester glass roving fabric. It is a flame-retardant certified product for railway vehicle materials (3mm). RISHOLITE glass substrate epoxy resin laminated boards (thin and thick plates) include ES-3230 and ES-3350N. ES-3230 is a representative glass cloth epoxy resin laminated board of ANSI standard G-10. It demonstrates the highest level of performance in heat resistance, electrical properties, and mechanical strength among laminated boards. It excels in chemical resistance, particularly against alkalies. It is applicable for thicknesses up to 20 mm, and for thicknesses of 21 mm or more, the part number changes to ES-3130. ES-3350N is a flame-retardant type glass substrate epoxy resin laminated board of ANSI standard FR-4, with the same part number for both thin and thick plates. Its UL flame class is 94V-0. It is also used as an insulating material in home appliances where safety is a priority, such as rice cookers and ovens. There is also ES-3351, a halogen-free material of FR-4 grade, which achieves UL flame class 94V-0 without using bromine (halogens) in consideration of environmental issues. RISHOLITE paper-based phenolic epoxy resin laminates (thin sheets) include the PS-1131 series and the PS-1143 series. The PS-1131 series is a best-selling paper phenolic laminate for cold punching, known for its balanced performance and excellent punch processing capabilities. PS-1131A is a VA product that has successfully reduced costs by using high-impregnation craft paper. PS-1131S is an improved type with enhanced moisture resistance, suitable for carbon-coated substrates such as variable resistors. In the PS-1143 series, there are the semi-cold PS-1143S, which has a punching temperature of 60-90°C, and the hot punching PS-1143L, which uses bleached craft paper and has a punching temperature of 80-120°C. It has minimal softening or strength degradation at high temperatures, with fluorescent lamp terminal boards being one of its representative applications. RISHOLITE High-Temperature Resistant Glass-Based Epoxy Resin Laminate

High heat-resistant epoxy resin technology has been developed, and it is a printed circuit board material with many proven applications.

RISHOLITE high-temperature resistant glass-based epoxy resin laminates include ES-3520 and ES-3260. ES-3520 is an unclad board developed with high-temperature resistant epoxy resin technology that Rishou Industry takes pride in, and it has a proven track record as a material for printed circuit boards, commonly known as "Black G-10." It is particularly well-regarded for its low degradation over long periods at high temperatures. It is used in applications such as copiers, ticket vending machines, and printers, where temperatures close to 200°C are encountered during the manufacturing process. ES-3260 is a glass cloth epoxy resin laminate that has received ANSI Grade G-11 certification within Rishou's high-temperature resistant series, classified as heat-resistant Class H (180°C).
